Refund & Cancellation policy
We regret seeing you cancel the bookings you made. Please feel free to speak to our representative to help you out and provide you with the solution to your problem. We are here to provide you with an experience and will ensure and help you have it.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. All cancellations must be intimated to our head office on phone, followed by the number given on the website or invoice we only accept Cancellation requests made on telephone
2. If cancellation done within 15 days of the booked date – 90% of the amount will be refunded
3. If cancellation made 10 days prior to the booked date – 80% of the amount will be refunded and 20 % will be deducted for administration
4. If Last cancellation made within 5 days to the booked amount, – No Refund will be generated for any guest
